Terms of Service

GamingPay provides donation pages, on-stream alerts, and payout services for content creators in Pakistan. By creating an account or sending a donation you agree to these terms.

Fees. GamingPay charges a flat 10% platform fee on each successful donation. There are no monthly, setup, or payout fees.

Donations. Donations are voluntary payments to creators and are non-refundable once the alert has been delivered on stream, except where required by law or by the payment network's rules.

Creators & payouts. Creators must complete identity verification (KYC) before receiving payouts. Payout requests are reviewed and are typically released within one business day, with a minimum payout of Rs 1,000.

Content. Creators are responsible for the content of their streams and may moderate donation messages. GamingPay may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
