Privacy Policy

GamingPay collects only what it needs to run the service: account details (email, username, display name), donation records (donor name, message, amount, payment method), and KYC information required to verify creators before payouts.

Payments. Card and wallet payments are processed by RapidGateway. GamingPay never stores full card numbers or wallet credentials.

Donor messages. Names and messages attached to donations are shown publicly on the creator's stream and dashboard — don't include anything you wouldn't want on a live broadcast.

Sharing. We share data only with payment processors, when required by law, or to prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data.
